Embers Rising Photography, owned by Kirstin Danielewicz, has been taking money from multiple clients and failing to deliver on promised services. Numerous individuals have been ghosted by Danielewicz after paying for photoshoots with upfront.  Along with her boudoir “ambassador” customers not receiving contractually agreed upon shoots and galleries. 

Despite attempts to contact her for scheduling, refunds, or access to past galleries, clients report receiving no response. 

Meanwhile, Danielewicz has resumed posting on social media in an attempt to attract new clients. As far as we can tell, Embers Rising Photography may not even be a registered business.
